Hi! My name is Jiří, and I am a student from Czechia, currently studying Information Technology at the Faculty of Informatics at Brno University of Technology.
I have always been fascinated with tech and, as a result, I started programming really early into high school, creating various fun projects like Discord bots or web scrapers. Even though the constant improvement of LLMs has fundamentally changed the programming workflow since then, these projects have undoubtedly built a foundation for this interest in tech of mine and made me familiar with technologies like REST APIs.
Over time, my interests have naturally shifted towards AI and backend infrastructure, particularly LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, SQL and the tooling around deploying and scaling them, like Docker and Kubernetes. Nowadays, I am constantly working on expanding my knowledge in and beyond these fields. Ultimately, I would love to make a career in tech and build something that has a true impact. Currently, I am not limited by a direct scope of a “dream role” I would once like to have, but rather building a foundation for myself so that I can go wherever the most interesting problems are.
